Position Overview:
InESS Solutions Inc is seeking a dedicated and skilled Component Engineer to enhance our product lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will possess a robust educational background and relevant experience in the field of Electrical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development initiatives.
2. Design and analyze high-speed multi-interface systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
3. Engage in RMA/FA analysis to troubleshoot and resolve product issues effectively.

Qualifications:
- A university degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in high-speed PCB design and development.
- Proven track record of working with various electrical and mechanical products.
- At least 2-5 years of hands-on experience with global clientele.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
