Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established policies and procedures.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve desired results.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduation from an accredited BSN or Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
- Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
- At least 12 months of relevant clinical experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
