- On-call obligations: Variable based on staffing needs, typically includes one weekday call each week and one weekend every 5-6 weeks
- Unit Systems utilized: Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR
- Block scheduling is not available
- Holiday requests: No holiday time off requests accepted
- Maximum allowable time off: 7 days
- Full compliance is mandatory to ensure timely start; non-compliance may result in a delay of 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule
- Pre-screening required

- BLS - Not mandatory for Microbiology Techs, Med Techs, Phlebotomists
- PALS - Required for RNs in specific specialties: PACU/Pre-op/Endo/CSU (if these areas accept pediatric patients), ER
- EFM/AWHONN - Facility mandates staff to complete an online course within a few months of hire.
- National Tech Certification Verification: Allied Annual License Verification (if applicable) within 30 days prior to start
- State License Verification: CRTs & RRTs must be licensed by the State of Georgia
- NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) within 30 days prior to start
- NIH Stroke Certification: Please refer to UD to determine if this is necessary for this specialty.
- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam: Required for RNs and LVNs by Aya only. Not required by Client.
- Online Color Blind Testing: Notify lead CL for any color blindness results lower than 80%.
- Competency Assessment: Required for Tele, MS/Tele, IMCU, ER, Cardiac Tele/Step-down, ICU, PCU.
- Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Assessment: Required for specified specialties.
