About the Role

We are seeking a skilled nursing professional who will provide high-quality patient care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, in accordance with developed care plans and physician orders. As an LPN/LVN at Aveanna, you will have the opportunity to work with patients from pediatric to adult age groups, utilizing your clinical expertise to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
  • Continuously observe and assess patient condition and care needs, reporting changes to the supervisor and/or physician as necessary.
  • Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care in a timely manner.
  • Participate, implement, and update the nursing care plan.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures.
