Job Summary:

The Assembly Technician plays a crucial role in Sentec's mission to deliver impactful healthcare products and improve patient care. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with colleagues to assemble subassemblies and finished goods utilizing workstations and line-assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble subassemblies and finished goods, using fixtures, hand, or power tools while referencing product specifications/work instructions.
  • Follow the master production schedule for the facility, providing adjustments and communication for changes in customer requirements, timing in receiving raw materials, availability of production equipment, etc.
  • Develop a strong understanding of products, procedures, and processes to effectively support customers and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
  • Ability to use hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, and wrenches.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
