Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Direct and manage pharmacy staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our clients.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the quality and efficiency of our pharmacy services.
- Customer Service: Work with our clients to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our pharmacy operations are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance metrics to measure the success of our pharmacy operations.
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree desired.
- Experience: 5 years' experience in long-term care, 5 years supervisory experience desired; 10 years' experience in long-term care required.
- Licenses/Certifications: Pharmacy Technician License required.
- Skills/Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of pharmacy regulations; computer skills required.
