Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities, including conflict resolution and employee management.
  • Familiarity with project management software and construction tools.
  • Excellent decision-making and mathematical skills, with knowledge of DOT regulations.
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and planning abilities.
  • A High School diploma or GED with ten years of relevant experience in heavy/highway or bridge construction, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
