About the Job
  • Clean common spaces and resident rooms according to established standards
  • Maintain chemicals in labeled containers and keep housekeeping carts stocked
  • Identify special resident problems and report them to supervisor
Responsibilities
  1. Follow established performance standards and perform duties according to policies and procedures
  2. Dust wall vents, handrails, ceiling fans, baseboards, furniture, and blinds
  3. Vacuum and spot clean carpets and shampoo as directed
  4. Checks for and remove marks from walls
  5. Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms, refills paper towel, toilet paper, and soap dispensers
