Job Summary

The University of Tennessee at Martin is seeking a qualified applicant for the full-time position of Outreach Liaison for the Child and Family Grants Program. This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with community partners, promoting program services, and engaging with families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend community meetings and events to promote program services and engage with potential clients.
  • Identify and develop partnerships with local agencies and organizations to share outreach information and promote program services.
  • Coordinate with the outreach team to ensure a consistent presence in all counties served.
  • Develop and implement plans to target counties with lower program participation and increase outreach efforts.
  • Maintain communication with program managers, supervisors, and direct service staff to ensure accurate and up-to-date program information is shared with the community.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public health, human services, early childhood education, or a related field.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, including public speaking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
