Key Responsibilities- Disassemble, clean, and reassemble traction motor combo components to meet top-tier standards.
- Operate cutting-edge manual and automated equipment, including welding and non-destructive testing.
- Inspect work meticulously to ensure every piece meets exacting criteria.
- Record each step with precision to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with a passionate team to tackle additional tasks and maintain smooth operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and in mechanical assembly, electrician work, fabrication, machining, or welding.
- Strong knowledge of EHS procedures and a commitment to safety.
- Proficiency with hand tools and manual equipment.
- Experience with precision measuring devices and inspection tools.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing and quality procedures.
