Key Responsibilities
  • Disassemble, clean, and reassemble traction motor combo components to meet top-tier standards.
  • Operate cutting-edge manual and automated equipment, including welding and non-destructive testing.
  • Inspect work meticulously to ensure every piece meets exacting criteria.
  • Record each step with precision to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with a passionate team to tackle additional tasks and maintain smooth operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and in mechanical assembly, electrician work, fabrication, machining, or welding.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS procedures and a commitment to safety.
  • Proficiency with hand tools and manual equipment.
  • Experience with precision measuring devices and inspection tools.
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing and quality procedures.
