Key Responsibilities:- Assist physical therapists in providing physical therapy treatments and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with our team to meet resident needs and provide in-service's and education to meet individual resident/patient needs.
- Administer treatment programs for residents and patients, and document patient care services according to approved medical documentation and facility documentation procedures.
- Perform therapeutic procedures, including manual exercises, ambulatory functional activities, and daily living activities.
- Current Physical Therapy Assistant state license.
- CPR certification.
- Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
