Job Description
We're seeking a skilled Cost Management Professional to join our Data Center team. The successful candidate will provide pre-construction services, including cost management workshops and training sessions with general contractors. They will also support quarterly funding plans and assist with the determination of Capex/Opex and site/standalone PFRs. In addition, they will facilitate payment application and invoice management, review cash flow and accruals, and coordinate project closeout activities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to work on complex data center projects and contribute to our clients' success.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Provide pre-construction services, including cost management workshops and training sessions with general contractors.
  • Support quarterly funding plans and assist with the determination of Capex/Opex and site/standalone PFRs.
  • Facilitate payment application and invoice management, review cash flow and accruals, and coordinate project closeout activities.
**Requirements:**
  • 5+ years' experience working in a construction cost management role.
  • College and/or post-graduate degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as different procurement routes, value management and value engineering.

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year (dependent on experience). Turner & Townsend offers a competitive salary package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
