Job Summary

We're seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage and run shifts by coaching and training team members. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the overall effectiveness of the operation, focusing on people, sales, and profit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and train team members to achieve operational excellence
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members
  • Monitor and analyze sales and profit data to inform operational decisions
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with local and national organizations that share our purpose of nourishing hearts and spirits through inclusion and equality

Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extensive periods of time, bend over, reach upwards or outward, twist, turn around, and climb up on ladders in a timely fashion
  • Ability to perform a variety of jobs at a very rapid pace for extensive periods of time
  • Ability to work in an environment with temperature fluctuations
  • Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance
  • Ability to understand and to follow directions
