We provide top-notch outdoor pest control services to residential and commercial customers, eliminating and repelling killing outdoor pests such as mosquitoes, ticks, fleas, flies, ants, carpenter bees, hornets, and spiders.
\Job Description
\As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing outdoor pest control services to customer yards. Your main focus will be on visually inspecting and treating for mosquitoes, fleas, ticks, and other outdoor pests, while also developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
\Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
\- Inspect and treat customer yards for mosquitoes, fleas, ticks, and other outdoor pests.
- Explain service expectations and procedures to customers in detail.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Maintain chemical and operational records in accordance with state requirements.
- Maintain clean and well-organized service vehicles.
- Handle pesticides in a safe and responsible manner.
- Complete pesticide certification requirements and continuing education requirements.
- Walk customer property while carrying equipment weighing over 60 lbs. in warm temperatures.
- Drive to customer locations and work flexible hours as needed.
- Market Mosquito Joe services effectively.
Education and Experience
\- Hold a valid and current certification/license for the commercial application of pesticides (may also qualify to complete the certification/licensing program during initial training).
- Consider training those without certification after completing the basic pesticide course.
- Hold a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
