Salary\

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per year, including a $7,500 sign-on bonus and up to $2,500 relocation bonus.

Job Description\

As a Physiotherapist at JAG Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs and creating effective treatment plans to facilitate healing and recovery.

  • You will collect and record patient care data, including initial evaluation, daily notes, reassessments/progress reports, discharge plans, and communication with members of the team.\
  • You will establish treatment plans based on evaluation results, goals, and best practice, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and patient support systems.\
  • You will provide education/training to patients and/or patient support systems on functional training, ADLs/IADLs, therapeutic activities, rehabilitation equipment prescription and training, and community reintegration.\
  • You will oversee support staff, including PTA, ATC, and PT aides, and attend annual JAG Billing and Coding seminars.\

Required Skills and Qualifications\

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate degree preferred).\
  • A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state where you will be working.\
  • Completed state-regulated CEU requirements in the relevant state (NY, NJ).\
  • A valid CPR license.\
  • Experience/knowledge with EMR software is preferred.\
  • Excellent oral, written communication, clinical decision-making skills, work ethic, and dedication to patient success.\
