Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Jabil. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing higher-level inspection services with minimal instruction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products and materials for documentation issues.
  • Prepare required documentation and ensure paperwork is compliant with all inspected items.
  • Assist in training of co-workers in new or improved techniques in areas of experience.
  • Assist in identification and segregation of non-conforming materials/products found within the documentation.
  • Follow inspection documentation, specifications, blueprints, written, and verbal instructions.
  • Perform device history review inspection and final release of product to inventory control/warehouse.
  • Perform filing and support the imaging and verification process for Device History Records and other Quality System documentation.
  • Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to one's job, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics, and compliance at all times.
  • Participate in compliance program-related activities as denoted by your Supervisor or Compliance Officer.
  • Demonstrate and inspire the behaviors that reinforce Our Credo.
  • Develop deep insights into the needs of our patients, customers, markets, and communities.
  • Drive innovation; anticipate and shape industry and market changes to advance healthcare globally.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • ASQ (American Society for Quality) courses preferred.
  • 2-4 years' experience utilizing inspection techniques in Medical device or Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Experience with Materials Resource Planning (MRP)/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferred.
  • Experience in detail-oriented roles, preferred.
