Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Gallery Residential. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality products are served to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the highest quality and consistency of products
• Follow all company drink recipes and procedures
• Provide friendly and individualized attention to residents
• Demonstrate excellent menu and product knowledge
• Maintain the property and coffee station daily

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Capacity to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a barista role preferred
• Able to stand for numerous hours at a time
• Must be able to work a minimum of 5 shifts per week and availability to work weekends

About the Role:

This is a full-time position with exceptional pay and a $500 monthly apartment discount. The ideal candidate will have a lively attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work 5-hour shifts.
