As a key member of our orthopedic and manual therapy department, you'll work closely with our Physical Therapists to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the advancement of the profession.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Physical Therapists to assess patient condition, establish goals, and develop treatment plans.

Administer physical therapy treatments, including home instruction, and monitor patient responses to treatments.

Evaluate the effects of treatments and adjust plans to achieve maximum benefit.

Document findings, treatments, responses, and progress in patient charts according to clinic guidelines.

Educate patients and their families on appropriate care and use of various therapies and/or exercises.

Serve as an information/education resource for patients, families, and staff.

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal skills and strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and applications.

Ability to evaluate utilization and quality data and make necessary modifications in performance.

Skill in using PT equipment and supervising physical therapy students and rehab aides.
