Warehouse Inventory Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join our team at Wisconsin Building Supply. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory items.

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to stock all lumber and building materials.
• Assist warehouse associates and direct supervisor in maintaining a well-organized work environment.
• Receive incoming products, commodities, and materials, and accurately count and record receipts.
• Stock all material received in appropriate bins or storage locations.
• Assist with inventory control tasks, including counting and organizing warehouse materials.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training.
• You should possess basic math skills, be able to read orders, write instructions, and complete forms.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies is essential.
• You must be physically capable of standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
