About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Carwash/Gas Station Attendant at Walmart. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with the sale of bulk merchandise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and disposing of trash.
  • Assist customers with purchasing decisions by answering questions and providing product information.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or other point-of-sale system.
  • Restock merchandise and supplies as needed to ensure a well-stocked store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
