Job Title: Luxury Spa Massage Therapist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at OneSpaWorld. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage therapy services to our guests, ensuring their comfort and relaxation throughout their experience.

About You:

  • At least 12-18 months of experience working in a high-end resort or urban spa environment is preferred.
  • You must have received massage training from an accredited/approved massage school.
  • Computer literate and possess excellent verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide and maintain the highest standards of massage therapy and recommendations for home care.
  • Create a feeling of rest and relaxation for spa guests, resulting in high retention and increased treatment and retail sales.
  • Interact professionally and with sensitivity to the needs of the guests and co-workers.
