Salary: We offer a competitive weekly salary of $$12.50-$15.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and retirement plans.

 

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Store Custodian to join our team at Goodwill Southeast Georgia. As a Store Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees. This includes sweeping and mopping floors, sanitizing bathrooms, cleaning sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms, restocking supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas, emptying all trash cans and replacing liners, cleaning receptacles as necessary, dusting and cleaning dressing rooms, store fixtures, office desks, furniture, etc., cleaning windowsills and windows, and maintaining janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Six months of custodial experience preferred.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, i.e., ability to communicate positively and consistently with the customer, co-workers, and supervisor, delivering professional consistent results.
