Wedding Stylist

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Jay Peak Resort team as a Wedding Stylist, providing beauty services for guests. The ideal candidate will have a valid State of Vermont Cosmetology License and at least 12 months of practice in Vermont.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the wedding coordination team to provide bridal spa services, blow dry styles, formal up-do's, and makeup application for wedding clients.
• Maintain cleanliness of the cosmetology area of the spa, adhering to licensing standards and requirements.
• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Perform additional treatments such as massage, facials, manicures, pedicures, and waxing when licensed to do so.
• Varying work hours, including weekends, are required.

Requirements:

• Valid State of Vermont Cosmetology License (Esthetician License considered) with at least 12 months of practice in Vermont.
• Past resort or hospitality experience is preferred.
