Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electronic systems for military applications, including radar, electronic warfare, and communications systems.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and performance of electronic systems in various environments.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain our technological edge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience (5+ years desired) in electronics design, development, and testing.
  • Proficiency in electronics design tools, including PCB design, electronic systems engineering, and design for military standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
Desired Skills
  • PCB design (schematic capture, layout), preferably with Altium experience.
  • Electronic systems engineering (design specification, part selection, test planning, etc).
  • Design for military standards, including MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461.
  • Familiarity with tools such as SolidWorks, Ansys HFSS, Keysight Advanced Design System (ADS), and PSPICE.
  • Programming languages to support electronics design, simulation, and testing, including Python, MATLAB, and C++.
Desired Experience
  • One or more of the following product areas: radar, military radios and networking equipment, military ground-vehicle electronics, navigational equipment, military sensors, electronic warfare equipment, and avionics.
What We Offer
  • Estimated annual base salary range: $90,800-$173,200, plus incentives.
