KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your focus is on crafting high-quality products with diligence and a commitment to completing tasks methodically. You are eager to learn through established protocols and guidelines how to construct electrical cable harnesses and conduct electrical assessments.

  • Assemble various types of wiring harnesses
  • Conduct necessary electrical evaluations of wiring harnesses and other designated components (such as control modules and solenoids)
  • Proficient in utilizing a range of hand tools essential for wire harness assembly, including crimping tools
  • Capable of interpreting and adjusting testing equipment required for monitoring each assembled unit
  • Able to diagnose failures in assemblies and testing apparatus
  • Competent in reading electrical schematics for assembly
  • Comply with all safety protocols and regulations
  • Follow all organizational policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Strong mechanical and electrical understanding
  • Able to comprehend and interpret written guidelines
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Familiarity with crimping and termination methods for wires to connectors
  • Experience with military and/or aerospace standards is advantageous

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This role is situated in a manufacturing and warehouse setting, reporting to the Electrical Designer and Operations Supervisor. The work schedule is Monday through Friday.
