We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician/Behavior Therapist to join our team at MySpot. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to children and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver one-on-one therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
- Implement evidence-based treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies as prescribed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Conduct stimulus preference assessments to understand individual preferences and develop effective treatment plans.
- Collect and record accurate behavioral data during therapy sessions to inform treatment decisions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a combination of experience and/or education will be considered.
