Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Bronx, New York. As a member of our multispecialty group, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-centered environment, providing high-quality care to our community.
About the Role:
- Perform patient exams and evaluations, including physical exams and review of medical history and records
- Order and review diagnostic testing, labs, and bloodwork
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans, providing patient education on diagnosis, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications
- Treat acute and chronic conditions, documenting patient care in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with medical doctors and staff to provide comprehensive patient care
- Communicate with patients and families through phone calls and emails as needed
- Prescribe medications and refill prescriptions as necessary
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in New York
- Prefer a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with several years of clinical experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred
