Role Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dedicated individual with a strong desire to assist others to become part of our Restoration team. This full-time position involves leading job sites and providing exemplary customer service while reporting to the General Manager/Owner. You will actively engage with the team to address our clients' water and mold issues. This role offers opportunities for professional growth as the company expands, aligned with your career goals and qualifications.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Required:
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
    • Experience in leadership and supervision; comfortable taking charge at job sites.
    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in areas such as restoration, maintenance, construction, or HVAC.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Experience with power tools and technology, including mobile devices and software for job tracking.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Preferred:
    • CDL or experience operating company vehicles.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Additional Assets:
    • Sales experience.
    • Relevant certifications, such as IICRC or OSHA safety training.

Job Requirements:

  • Willingness to:
    • Travel locally.
    • Work in various conditions and job sites.
    • Be available for flexible hours, including on-call duties.
    • Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
    • Follow instructions and engage in problem-solving.
    • Complete all remediation tasks while ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Participate in pre and post-job briefings.

  • Utilize software for job monitoring and calculations.
  • Prepare and clean up job sites, applying appropriate remediation techniques.
  • Assist with planning, training, and job quoting as needed.
