Job Summary:

Soliant Health is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services for school-age students in a dynamic and supportive school setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech therapy services to students ranging from grades K-12.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group speech therapy services to students with varying communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication strengths and weaknesses.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in speech-language pathology and implement evidence-based interventions.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Active or pending state SLP license.
  • ASHA certification is a plus.
  • Previous school experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and staff.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
