Job Overview

Beverage Batch Processing Technician

Compensation: $20.35 per hour
Shift: Night Shift, 11 PM to 7 AM

Key Responsibilities: The technician will ensure the correct handling of ingredients and other materials during the production process.

  • Accurately prepare batches in a timely manner.
  • Independently process all products.
  • Implement necessary batch adjustments.
  • Ensure sanitation of all batching equipment.
  • Assist with the unloading of sugar trucks and alcohol shipments.
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts as required.
  • Participate in month-end and year-end inventory assessments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting safety protocols, operational guidelines, and procedural documentation.
  • Capable of composing routine reports and correspondence.
  • Experience in operating machinery.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift weights up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Capability to climb ladders and work at heights up to 10 feet.
  • Comfortable working in temperature ranges from below 40 degrees F to above 95 degrees F.
  • Frequent bending and stooping required.

Additional Information: Multiple openings are available across all shifts.
