Key Responsibilities:
Utilize a forklift to transport materials to designated work areas and move finished products to storage. Return surplus materials and ensure proper handling of pallet tops, banding, and shrink-wrapping of materials. Manage waste by moving trash bales and loading trash trailers. Operate scanning equipment for inventory management and ensure accurate data entry into the system. Maintain the printer associated with the shrink wrapper for ribbons and labels, and assist with loading and unloading trucks as required. Additional tasks may be assigned by plant management as necessary.

Typical Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to stand, walk, and reach above shoulder level consistently
  • Proficient in operating a forklift
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Proficient in reading and writing in English
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Familiarity with RF scanners
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
