We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Rikers Island Correctional Facility. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will provide high-quality mental health services to clients in need. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct counseling guidance and crisis intervention services to inmates
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders in central booking facilities, including police and corrections personnel
- Coordinate with clinical staff, community treatment providers, and public defense agencies to identify clients appropriate for behavioral health intervention

Requirements:
- LMHC License required
- Fluency in Spanish preferred
- Strong organizational skills for collecting data and reporting on program performance
