As an ICU Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct nursing care as necessary, adhering to established protocols and policies.

- Conducting performance evaluations and implementing staff development initiatives.

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess:
Education and Certifications- Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a related field.
- License: Current Arizona RN License; relevant certifications such as BLS and ACLS are necessary.
- Required: A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Preferred: 5 years of nursing experience with 3 years in a leadership role.
