Job Title: Staff Nurse

Montefiore Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Maternal - Newborn team in Fort Lee, New Jersey.


Shift:
Nights

Employment Type:
Staff

This position will be posted on our internal Career Website for 10 work days.
A probationary period of four (4) months applies to full-time employees, and six (6) months to part-time employees.


The successful candidate will maintain standards of the practice for nursing as defined by the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics, Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice and Nursing's Social Policy Statement.

The Registered Nurse will actualize the vision, mission, values, balanced scorecard performance measures for Montefiore Medical Center.

The RN will participate in performance improvement/research activities; The RN will demonstrate core and unit specific competencies based on the patient population served.

New York State License for Registered Professional Nurse and current registration or valid permit to practice in New York State as an R.

Basic Life Support Training
Infection Control Training
Effective English communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to use basic data entry and retrieval systems

Pay Rate:
