Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Llano, TX. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to provide individualized occupational therapy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate students' functional abilities and needs to design and implement effective intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote supportive learning environments.
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services, including training in fine motor skills, sensory integration, and adaptive techniques.
  • Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to interventions as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and assist in establishing IEP goals.
  • Offer training and guidance to school staff and parents on supporting students' occupational therapy needs.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Texas licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
  • Preferably, experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting.
  • Strong understanding of special education laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and school staff.
