Key Details- Specialty: Interventional Cardiology
- Work Schedule: 1.0 FTE
- On-Call Duties: 1:3 weekends with potential for 1:4, including 1-2 nights per week
- Practice Environment: Clinic hours from 8 AM to 4 PM, with a patient load managed effectively within the hospital setting
- Electronic Medical Records: Utilization of EPIC system
- Facility Locations: Rotating between designated hospitals and outreach clinics

ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Evaluating and treating patients with advanced medical diagnostic and treatment skills.
- Participating in initiatives aimed at enhancing cost-effectiveness and quality of care.
- Accepting referrals and serving as the attending physician for hospitalized patients.
- Engaging in academic programs as needed.
- Providing thorough documentation to meet insurance requirements.
- Participating in both inpatient and outpatient consultations.

QualificationsLicensure/Certification:
- MD/DO credentialed by the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board required prior to employment.
- Advanced Life Support certification from the American Heart Association preferred.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
