Job Summary:The School of Music at Georgia Institute of Technology invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor faculty position in Music (Choral Conducting). Candidates are expected to demonstrate an exceptional commitment to the teaching and mentoring of students.

This is a full-time position that requires a doctoral degree in any music field. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting two Georgia Tech choral ensembles, providing excellent choral instruction, and teaching a wide variety of musical styles and traditions while emphasizing vocal health.

Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting two Georgia Tech choral ensembles
- Providing excellent choral instruction of a wide variety of musical styles and traditions while emphasizing vocal health
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred candidates will have at least three years of experience leading vocal ensembles, knowledge and ability to teach a wide variety of vocal genres and styles, and the ability to engage students in experiential learning activities and pedagogy that support student success.
Estimated Salary Range:
$80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
