We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team at The LiRo Group. As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for reviewing orders on contract from field estimators for contract compliance, managing all orders on contract within a geographical location, and estimating and negotiating orders on contract with contractors in accordance with the contract.
Responsibilities:- Review and analyze contract documents to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Manage and coordinate with field estimators to ensure accurate and timely completion of estimates.
- Negotiate with contractors to secure the best possible prices for our clients.
- Act as a liaison between contractors, field personnel, clients, and executive staff to resolve issues and complex matters.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in cost estimating, including the cost preparation and review of architectural, mechanical, and electrical components of building projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other construction management software.
