About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Earthwork Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our project estimation team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely cost estimates for various Earthwork projects.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze project requirements and develop cost estimates
  • Work closely with the sales department and project managers to provide necessary documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Earthwork/Excavation/Utilities/Grading estimating
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with cost management, budgeting, and construction estimating
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Microsoft Office and Experience with HCSS HeavyBid (or similar) is a plus
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
