Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our kitchen team as a Prep Cook. This role requires a strong attention to detail, high standards of cleanliness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare high-quality food products by measuring ingredients, boiling, broiling, baking, sautéing, and using proper cooling methods.
• Follow a prep list and prioritize completion based on par levels and restaurant need.
• Adhere to product date labeling and food storage hierarchy guidelines, as outlined by restaurant policy and health department regulations.
• Clean, sanitize, and detail the prep workspace as needed and as required by restaurant protocol.
• Manage time effectively and work efficiently to yield high-quality food products.
• Operate, maintain, clean, and sanitize all kitchen equipment per instruction.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures as well as restaurant protocols.
• Ensure only quality finished products are served to our guests.
• Use proper portioning utensils and follow recipe guidelines.
• Work cooperatively with other kitchen team members and management.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Safe handling, use, and storage of sanitation and cleaning chemicals.
