Job Summary

Venture Solar is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Surveyor to conduct thorough assessments of potential solar installation sites. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be comfortable working at heights, and possess great attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct site surveys to identify potential hazards and ensure safe working conditions.
  • Measure roof facets and document all work done at the installation site.
  • Test electric panel voltage and conduct structural inspections.
  • Document all work done at the installation site and transmit to the engineering team.
Safety Duties
  • Conduct thorough assessments of potential solar installation sites to identify potential hazards.
  • Use appropriate PPE during site surveys, such as hard hats, gloves, and safety glasses.
  • Document any identified hazards and recommended safety measures.
Qualifications
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Must be comfortable working on roofs and comfortable with heights.
  • Must be excellent with time management and with juggling multiple priorities.
  • Must have great attention to detail.
  • A valid, clean driver's license is required.
Compensation

$20-25/hour (based on experience)
