Job Title: Shift Leader

At Playa Bowls LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading our team members during their shifts, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service, and maintaining the high standards of quality and cleanliness that our company is known for.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate team members during their shifts
  • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met
  • Maintain the high standards of quality and cleanliness in the store
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure that the store is stocked with the necessary supplies
  • Count the register, safe, and deposit at the end of each shift
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding any issues or concerns
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
