The Mixologist plays a crucial role in delivering warm, attentive service to ensure an outstanding dining experience for all patrons. This position involves crafting a variety of alcoholic beverages for both bar patrons and service staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Prepare all beverages in accordance with Hurricane Grill and Wings standards.
    • Receive food and drink orders from customers and input them into the point-of-sale system.
    • Organize bottles and glassware attractively to facilitate efficient drink preparation and promote beverage offerings.
    • Demonstrate experience in crafting drinks within a high-volume, cost-effective setting.
    • Assist in the restocking and replenishment of bar supplies and inventory.
    • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the core and seasonal drink menus.
    • Process payments from customers using various forms of payment, including gift cards and discounts.
    • Manage the bartender cash drawer and ensure the security of all funds.
    • Clean and sanitize glassware as required.
    • ABC Certification is preferred.
    • Complete side work at the start and end of each shift as necessary.
    • Ensure cleanliness in all bar areas, including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, and storage spaces.
    • Be prepared to assist fellow staff members as needed.
    • Have thorough knowledge of the limited-time offers and be able to respond to guest inquiries regarding menu items.
    • Monitor guests' dining experiences, ensuring satisfaction with food and service, and respond promptly to any requests.
    • Maintain tidy service areas.
