We are seeking an experienced and skilled Auto Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our car repair shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the car repair shop, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Lead a team of technicians and support staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business plans, goals, and objectives.
**Requirements**
- 5 or more years of experience in automotive repair, preferably in fixed operations or service management.
- Experience with automotive repair estimation and repair order generation.
- Previous experience with key performance indicator (KPI) reporting (ticket averages, car counts, labor, and parts reporting).
