About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing orders to ensure timely delivery to customers
  • Managing inventory levels and performing cycle counts to ensure accuracy
  • Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping and mopping floors and restocking shelves
  • Providing excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
