Truss Fabrication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Truss Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Mid States Truss, Inc. in Fargo, ND. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in the fabrication of roof and floor trusses for residential and commercial structures.
**Salary:** The estimated annual salary for this position is $39,440 - $49,376 based on 40 hours per week and an hourly rate of $19.22 (overtime at $28.83 per hour).
**Job Description:**
Responsibilities:
- Assist production workers at job sites and in warehouse
- Set precut pieces of lumber in a set pattern; fasten connectors using hand tools/equipment
- Press assembled trusses; stack, band together, and prepare finished trusses for delivery
- Clean work areas/equipment
Requirements:
- Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary
- Saturday work required, when necessary
- Employer-paid drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers prior to commencing work and post-hire at random, upon suspicion of use, and post-accident
- Post-hire background check required of foreign and domestic workers

**Other Information:**
The standard work schedule is from 7:00 AM until 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Workers are paid by check on Friday. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due.
