Job Description: We are seeking experienced observers to conduct Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS) observations in Infant, Toddler, and Pre-Kindergarten classrooms across the United States. As a CLASS Classroom Observer, you will be responsible for observing teachers and students in a variety of settings, including military-based schools at Fort Drum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct CLASS observations in accordance with project protocols
  • Document observations and complete data entry in a timely manner
  • Participate in ongoing calibrations as directed by project leadership

Requirements:

  • B.A. degree in relevant field; Child development or Education preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience using the CLASS tool to conduct live observations is preferred

Benefits: This is a contract position with an estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 annually.
