Job Summary:

The Nurse Practitioner will provide high-quality patient care and services within the standards and scope of nursing practice as defined within the state Nurse Practice Act regulations, policies, procedures, and protocols.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess physical and behavioral health needs of patients and develop and implement nursing care plans.
  • Maintain medical records and educate patients and their families about various physical and behavioral health conditions.
  • Provide and coordinate care, including immediate supervision and coaching/mentoring of assistive personnel.

Requirements:

  • Advanced communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of carrying out tasks with all necessary details.
