### Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Children's Hospital Resource Team at Atrium Health. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in various units, including the PICU, Neonatal ICU, and Peds EC.

### Key Responsibilities

* Assess and evaluate patients' health status, identifying actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to achieve expected outcomes
* Coordinate care delivery and delegate tasks to appropriate healthcare workers
* Evaluate progress toward goals and outcomes, making adjustments as needed
* Collaborate with healthcare consumers and other stakeholders to promote health and a safe environment

### Requirements

* Graduate with a bachelor's degree from an accredited School of Nursing in the State of GA or an eNLC license
* 1 year of nursing experience
* Current BLS for Healthcare Provider status according to AHA

### What You'll Need

* Ability to lift and support the weight of 35 pounds in handling patients, medical equipment, and supplies
* Intact sense of sight, hearing, smell, and touch
* Finger dexterity and critical thinking skills
* Ability to respond quickly to changes in patient and/or unit conditions
