At Inizio Partners, we are seeking a skilled Project Engineer - Zoom Room Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our consulting firm, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Zoom Room projects for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and provide user support for Zoom Rooms and general Zoom inquiries
Train and support L1 and other technical staff
Provide executive support and training to executive admins as needed
Monitor events and provide proactive support
Validate new software and hardware, including beta versions
Escalate issues to Zoom Engineering if determined to be a Zoom software issue
Record and report issues (case tracking, weekly/monthly reporting)
Install, repair, and configure Zoom Rooms
Review A/V and M&E line drawings for new Zoom Rooms
Document and inventory Zoom Room and Phone appliances
Provision customers-approved hardware
Create and set up Zoom Room account profiles
Assist as Tier 1 for networkable Zoom and Crestron appliances that may be offline during validation
Perform site surveys during the handoff from the A/V integrator to ensure rooms are complete and ready for validation

Requirements:
Knowledge and understanding of the IT industry environment and business needs
Knowledge and understanding of the Audio Visual and Video Collaboration industry
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well with others to get through hurdles
Ability to prioritize important versus urgent tasks and activities
Ability to troubleshoot, identify, and resolve problems
